Duquesne Dining Announces Summer Hours and Options

As the spring semester comes to an end, Duquesne Dining is preparing to transition to its summer hours and dining options on campus.

Throughout the summer, faculty, staff and students will still be able to enjoy The Incline, Starbucks, The Red Ring, Freshëns, Hogan Dining Center and the Campus Market. Summer operating hours begin Monday, May 13.

The Incline will offer the made-to-order grill and salad bar, pizza and grab-and-go options. Diners can choose either all-you-care-to-eat or dining a la carte. The Incline’s summer schedule runs through Sunday, June 23, from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Once the Incline closes in late June for scheduled maintenance, the all-you-care-to-eat service will be available at Hogan Dining Center every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Hogan Dining Center will be open Monday through Friday from 7:30-9:30 a.m. for breakfast, 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for lunch and 4:30-6:30 p.m. for dinner. It will be open Saturday and Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. for brunch and from 4:30-6:30 p.m. for dinner. Faculty and staff receive a reduced entry price with the all-you-care-to-eat dining program—breakfast for $6.25, lunch for $7.25 and dinner for $8.25.

The Campus Market in Towers will be open from 6-10 p.m. Monday through Friday to accommodate summer resident students. The campus Starbucks will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday.

The Red Ring will remain open for lunch Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Freshëns will remain open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
