Duquesne Welcomes the Class of 2023

More than 1,300 incoming freshmen arrived on the Bluff Aug. 20 for the University’s annual move-in. This year’s freshman class is one of the most diverse in Duquesne history.

President Ken Gormley and his wife Laura greeted new students and parents while helping move students into their residence halls.

Move-in kicked off Duquesne’s award-winning, student-run orientation program, which focuses on the theme Begin. Build. Become. Classes begin Monday, Aug. 26.
