“We are excited to kick off our fall trainings with another new class, Maximizing Team Performance,” Dana Whatley Smith, manager of learning and development in the Office of Human Resources, said.

Maximizing Team Performance (blue only) is designed to help managers build effective teams by learning about the four stages of team performance. The free training will take place Wednesday, Nov. 20, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. in room 608 of Libermann Hall.

“Our very popular Microsoft trainings just got better,” Whatley Smith said.

She said the new vendor New Horizons Computer Learning Center helps participants build stronger Microsoft Office 2019 skills.

The Blue Pathway (blue only) training is for supervisors and managers, and Red Pathway (red only) training is for administrative support staff and non-managers. Combined trainings for both Red and Blue Pathways are also indicated. Most trainings are free, but a fee of $28 does apply for all Microsoft trainings.
