Emergency Student Fund

Duquesne students have dealt with challenges as those living on campus who were able to made the move back home and all of the student body transitioned to online learning. Many are dealing with unexpected financial hardships related to moving and unplanned housing, technology, insurance, family care and food costs. Others have lost jobs or had hours reduced due to relocation and business closures.

The University’s new Emergency Student Assistance Fund will provide targeted aid to students who are most in need during the current pandemic. All funds raised will be directed to eligible students identified by the Division of Student Life in consultation with Spiritan Campus Ministry.

Gifts in any amount will have a profound impact on these students for years to come.
