Free Online Yoga Classes Being Offered through Recreation Services

Amber Lasure, assistant director of wellness and fitness in the Department of Recreation Services, is teaching online yoga classes in the styles of hatha and Flow on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 4 p.m. via Zoom.

In addition, Lasure is offering dietician-approved grocery lists and meal prep ideas.
