Grants Received

Funds totaling $399,500 were recently received by the School of Pharmacy and the DU Cares Office.

• Drs. Rehana Leak and Aleem Gangjee, $379,500, from the National Institutes of Health, for Novel Cytoskeletal Stabilizers as Potential Treatments for Limbic Lewy Body Disorders.
• DU Cares Office, $20,000, from the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board, to be used for programs to reduce and eliminate underage and dangerous drinking. Dr. Daniel Gittins, associate director of the DU Cares Office, will administer the award.
