Grants Received

Funds totaling $107,100 were recently received by the School of Law, School of Education and School of Pharmacy.

• Professor Tiffany Sizemore, School of Law, and Dr. Tammy Hughes, School of Education, $15,750, from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation administered by the University of Minnesota, to support a project that will examine gaps in education that exist for children in our region in light of the COVID-19 crisis.
• Rick McCown, School of Education, $16,350, from the Staunton Farm Foundation, to support Elsinore-Bennu Think Tank (EBTT) initiatives in response to COVID-19.
• Professor Tiffany Sizemore, School of Law, and Dr. Tammy Hughes, School of Education, $25,000, from the FISA Foundation, to support the education work of the Youth Advocacy Clinic, as well as a special project intended to support our clients and other qualifying children as they return to school during the COVID-19 pandemic.
• Dr. Carl Anderson, School of Pharmacy, $50,000, from Pfizer, Inc., to be used for research.
