Summary Annual Reports for Duquesne’s Retirement Plans Now Available

Summary annual reports for 2019 are now available on the Benefits, Required Notices webpage for all employees with Duquesne University 401(a) and 403(b) defined contribution retirement plans.

Employee BenefitsThe summary annual report is a financial report covering January 1, 2019, to December 31, 2019. It was filed with the Employee Benefits Security Administration, U.S. Department of Labor, as required under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA). This notice contains important information about the plan and employees’ rights under ERISA, which should be read and referred to for future reference.
