Duquesne Celebrates Sixth Annual Day of Giving Today

Faculty, staff, students, parents, alumni and friends of the University are invited to help students reach their biggest goals by participating in the Duquesne Day of Giving 2021, which kicked off at midnight today, Wednesday, Feb. 10.

Day of Giving 02.10.21To date, the Duquesne Day of Giving has raised more than $1.3 million to benefit students at the University. Funds raised will support scholarships, academics, athletics and other programs so students can expand their horizons and access opportunities in the classroom and beyond. Visit the Duquesne Day of Giving 2021 website to make an online donation.

This year, donors can support the Student Success Fund, which provides financial assistance to students in need due to the COVID pandemic. A $25,000 matching gift has been issued for this fund, and gifts made to it today will be doubled! Additional challenges are listed on the Day of Giving website.

Donors also can designate a gift to the school, organization or sports team of their choice. In addition, the Duquesne Day of Giving 2021 website will continuously be updated in real-time to share the latest total, newly unlocked challenges for donors and more.
