RSVP Now for Employee Appreciation Picnic

To thank University employees for their dedication and hard work during the challenging circumstances of the past year, President Ken Gormley is hosting a picnic lunch for faculty and staff.

“I can’t begin to express my gratitude for the commitment and diligence that our faculty and staff have demonstrated and continue to exhibit in order to keep the University safe while providing our students with the horizon-expanding Duquesne education for which we are known,” said Gormley. “Your dedication to our mission never wavered as we learned together during the past unprecedented year. Thank you for everything you do.”

Scheduled for Wednesday, May 12, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on College Hall lawn, the picnic will include lunch, games and the chance to win raffle prizes such as Steelers tickets, gear from Duquesne University Athletics, gift cards and themed baskets.

Employees are asked to RSVP online by Friday, May 7.
