  • The McAnulty College’s Dr. Elisabeth Vasko, associate theology professor, and the BSNES’ Dr. Lyndsie Ferrara, teaching assistant professor of forensic science and law, $10,000, a seed grant from the Center for Community-Engaged Teaching and Research, for the project Juvenile Justice: A Community Approach.
  • School of Nursing, Dr. Mai-Ly Steers, $249,000, from the National Institutes of Health, for the project A Social Media Personalized Normative Feedback Intervention for Heavy Drinking Students
  • BSNES, Dr. John Pollock, Department of Biological Sciences, $53,379, from the National Institutes of Health, for the project Partnerships for Prevention: A Plan for Managing Student Stress, Anxiety and Pain through Interactive Media.
  • John G. Rangos School of Health Sciences, Dr. Faina Linkov, Department of Health Administration and Public Health, $26,913, from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, to be used for research.
