Homecoming Weekend Celebrates Duquesne’s Alumni, Impact

Duquesne alumni, faculty, staff, students, parents and friends enjoyed a series of special events during Homecoming Weekend 2021, held Sept. 24-26.

The festivities included An Evening with the Stars, featuring Debbie Allen and Norm Nixon; celebrations of the 1970 and 1971 classes; a Diversity Happy Hour; the Crucifix Garden dedication; and Duquesne’s football victory over Virginia University of Lynchburg.

Homecoming concluded with the Class of 2020 graduation celebration and reception at the UPMC Cooper Fieldhouse.

Events such as Homecoming 2021 highlight Duquesne’s impact in preparing students who make a difference in their communities and the world.
