Campus Invited to Crowd the Consol on Feb. 9

Employees, friends and families are invited to help Crowd the Consol when the Dukes take on A-10 rival Xavier Musketeers on Saturday, Feb. 9. Tipoff is scheduled for 7 p.m. at the Consol Energy Center.

Sponsored by the Wellness in Motion initiative and Duquesne Athletics, there is no limit to the number of specially priced Crowd the Consol $7 tickets employees can purchase.

All ticket holders are invited to attend a free, family-friendly, pre-game event in the main gym at the A.J. Palumbo Center from 5 to 6 p.m. that will feature:

• Appearances by the Dukes’ mascot and cheerleaders
• A free Duquesne T-shirt for the first 50 attendees
• A drawing for seat upgrades (winner must be present)
• Children ages six to 14, who will have the opportunity to shoot hoops on the Dukes’ main court and enter drawings for prizes
• A coupon valid for a buy-one-get-one-free ticket for a future Dukes game
• An invitation to create a welcome tunnel at the Consol Energy Center to receive special fan recognition.
