Pa. Supreme Court Chief Justice Honored by Law School

The School of Law honored retiring Chief Justice Ronald D. Castile of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court during a rare, special session convened by the court on campus this week.

In addition to recognizing Castille for his significant contributions while on the court, the law school presented him with the Carol Los Mansmann Award for Distinguished Public Service in honor of his commitment to equal access to justice for all citizens.

Hundreds of members of the bench and bar as well as the campus community attended the Oct. 7 event.
