New April ‘Training Pathways to Professional Success’ Available

Registration is now open for the latest courses in Duquesne’s Training Pathways to Professional Success, which offers learning opportunities to enhance the professional growth of University employees.

Sign into duq.edu/dori then go to duq.edu/pathways for a detailed training list and more information on this month’s trainings, including:

  • Friday, April 12, 9:30 to 11:30 a.m., NEW! Microsoft Excel 2016 Intermediate Level 2: Using Formulas, Functions & Charts in room 416 Rockwell (combined)
  • Wednesday, April 17, 9:30 to 11:00 a.m., Leveraging the Staff Hiring Process (Vibrant Campus Community) in room 608 Libermann (blue only)
  • Friday, April 26, 9:30 to 11:00 a.m., NEW! Microsoft Excel 2016 Advanced Level 3: Using Excel to Summarize and Analyze Data in room 419 Rockwell (combined)
  • Tuesday, April 30, 9:30 to 11:00 a.m., Pathway to Organizational Communication in room 505 Rockwell (combined).

The Blue Pathway (blue only) training is for supervisors and managers, and Red Pathway (red only) training is for administrative support staff and non-managers. Combined trainings for both Red and Blue Pathways are also indicated. Most trainings are free, but a $25 fee does apply for all Microsoft trainings.

Employees can customize their path and take only the classes they need or they can set a path to complete all trainings.
