Women’s Guild Luncheon and Fashion Show Raises $20,000

The Duquesne Women’s Guild raised approximately $20,000 during its annual Spring Luncheon and Fashion Show. Proceeds from the May 19 event benefit the guild’s endowed scholarship for students with financial need and Spiritan Campus Ministry.

The Pittsburgh-themed event drew more than 250 guests, who participated in a silent auction, basket raffles, a 50/50 raffle, summer plant sale and sit-down luncheon. WTAE-TV anchor/reporter Mike Clark and Dave Jakielo, assistant director of annual giving at Duquesne, emceed the event.
