Gumberg to Survey Campus about its Services, Resources and Spaces

Gumberg Library will conduct a short, campuswide survey during this semester to collect feedback on the services, resources and spaces that it offers.

The five-minute LibQUAL+ survey is rigorously tested and used by more than 1,300 libraries nationwide. Faculty and staff participation will allow Gumberg to benchmark survey scores with other university libraries. Survey responses also will help the library learn how to improve its collections, services and building spaces, and better meet Duquesne participants’ needs.

The library encourages those who receive an email invitation to complete the LibQUAL+ survey. All participants will have the opportunity to enter a drawing for a chance to win a gift card.
