Paluse Faculty Research Grant Recipients Announced

The Center for Catholic Faith and Culture has announced the 2021 Paluse Faculty Research Grant winners.

This year, three McAnulty College and Graduate School of Liberal Arts professors have been awarded Paluse Faculty Research Grants to help support their horizon-expanding research that reflects the mission and identity of Duquesne University.

Associate Psychology Professor Dr. Will Adams received a Paluse grant for his project Christian Meditation, Racial Justice and Ecological Well-Being: Participatory Action Research to Break Our Hearts……Open.

The team of Philosophy Professor Dr. James Swindal and Theology Professor Dr. William Wright, IV received a Paluse grant for their project The Eucharist and Existential Action: A Collaboration of Biblical Exegesis and Philosophical Theology.

The Paluse Faculty Research Grant is considered an important University-wide internal funding opportunity that is open to full-time faculty from any academic discipline.
