Colloquium Seeks to Foster Collaboration in Ethics Education

Faculty, administrators and graduate students are encouraged to attend Ethics Education at Duquesne: How Can We Collaborate?, the third event in a series focused on ethics education at the university level.

The colloquium, which will be held on Thursday, March 31, from 4:30 to 6 p.m. in Room 613 of the Union, will allow attendees to explore opportunities for future collaborations as ethics educators. The purpose is to promote conversation across disciplines about the nature, objectives and goals of ethics education and to provide an opportunity for those involved with these courses to meet and network.

Participants will examine curricular development, research projects, course teaching and leveraging resources to deepen and extend their work.

Ethics Education at Duquesne is co-sponsored by the Center for Catholic Intellectual Tradition and the Center for Teaching Excellence. Attendance at the previous colloquia is not required for participation in this event.

Email ccit@duq.edu for more information or to RSVP by Wednesday, March 23. Dinner and refreshments will be served; please note dietary restrictions when responding.
