Grants Received

Funds totaling $6,000 were recently received by the School of Nursing, the Bayer School of Natural and Environmental Sciences (BSNES) and the School of Pharmacy.

• Yvonne Weideman, School of Nursing, and Dr. David Kahler, BSNES, a $4,500 Loogman Faculty Research Grant, for Water and Daily Life in Olkokola with Photovoice.
• Jamie McConaha, School of Pharmacy, $1,500, from the Pennsylvania Department of Health passed through Tobacco Free Allegheny, Inc., to support smoking cessation classes.
